The results are in for our 2014 Tenants and Sharers Report, and they show demand for apartment living close to the heart of the action on the rise.
The number of tenants and sharers seeking an established or new rental apartment has risen to 39% (up 7% from 2012). Property seekers under 35 years old, and those with household incomes between $50,000 and $99,000 are driving the search trend.
