Convesso – Lendlease 2009-2010
As the first time working close with Lendlease, we were proud to be assigned as the exclusive agent for Convesso pre-launch in 2009. Created by renowned architects, Bates Smart, Convesso Concavo captures uninterrupted north facing harbour views in a testament to what can be achieved when exceptional design and luxurious amenities meets a world class waterfront locale. It is also Melbourne’s most sought after waterfront address.
Serrata 2010
Half year after the great launch of Convesso, Serrate became the second best selling project in Docklands, due to its great location and pricing. We successfully introduced Serrata to investors with less desire of luxury and common amenities.
EXO 2011
Withe the nick name of ‘cheese cake building’ EXO had never let investors donw. Wise Earth took part in the entire floor plan designing and draft pricing process. Till early 2014, most of our EXO clients have settled and started tenancy or self-occupancy.
Concavo 2012
Year 2012, the major facus was helping investors to settle Convesso and introduce more clients to the next door sister building Concavo. Even the market was bit tough, but sales process was still under our schedule with 60% sold in 4 months.
